Delete your Vidi account

You can permanently delete your Vidi account and associated app data either in the app or by sending a request to Vidi Interactive, Inc.

Delete in the app

1. Open Vidi and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your Vidi account. Include “Delete my Vidi account” in the subject. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the account belongs to you.

What deletion covers

Confirmed deletion removes your Vidi account and associated information from our active app database, including story progress and choices, bookmarks, Coin balance and ledger, unlocks, Vidi purchase records, rewarded-ad records, and push token. Limited purchase, tax, accounting, fraud, security, dispute, or consent records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required. Processor records and isolated routine backups may expire later under their retention schedules. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Deleting your Vidi account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in the marketplace account used to purchase it.
